Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Must be 18+ and resident of India. Enrollment subject to application acceptance and fee payment.
2. User Responsibilities
Attend sessions, respect others, use materials for personal education only, no plagiarism, comply with laws. Violations may result in termination.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content is our property. Limited license for personal educational use only during enrollment. No copying, recording, or commercial use.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment required before cohort start unless agreed otherwise. Fees in INR, exclusive of taxes. GST applies per Indian law.
5. System Requirements
5+ Mbps internet, computer with webcam/mic, Windows 10+/macOS 10.14+/Linux, required development tools. Not responsible for your technical issues.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Services "as is". No guarantees on employment outcomes. Placement guidance provided, not job guarantee. Liability limited to fees paid.
7. Termination
We may terminate access for violations, payment failure, disruptive behavior, or IP infringement. No refund for termination with cause.
8. Course Changes
We may modify content, schedule, instructors, or delivery. Significant changes allow cohort transfer or refund per Refund Policy.
